I'd tell them to call DOJ then! I'd also add that I will call ATF as soon as I hang up and report them for letting my gun leave the store without a signature and then threatening me because they made a mistake! I'd also let them know if they want me to do them a favor, they need to learn how to ask but, if I hang up without getting an apology AND compensation for my time and trouble, they will need to go through my attorney! I bet that would change the manager's tune quickly.

They wanted me to come in at the earliest convenance to sign the unsigned paper. Being that I live in Ventura County and this is ruffly a 50 mile round trip journey. Im wondering should I go in on Monday my only day off and ask for some kind of comp (my truck gets 12mpg and its about an hour drive w/ no traffic) maybe a 100 rounds of some Magtech 45 ammo or tell them to wait 10 days and I will sign the paper when I come in to pick up my 627. Whats even weirder is that the same guy that sold me the TRP and did the paper work was just helping me with the paper work on the 627. What should I do?
Sounds to me like their problem. They should drive out to youre house!

To them, you're just a plain old sappy idiot, and probably a lib'rul who smokes salvia while driving.

They tried to pull this crap with my dad and he basically told them he would get there when he could, IIRC they asked him to leave work early even! He didn't fall for the were gonna tell DOJ scare tactic and called their bluff.

He ended up with 5 boxes of .45acp ball, they originally offered 3x boxes of 9x19 ball.

The original problem was they DROSed a gun back to the SELLER in a PPT my dad bought They needed to get gun back and fix that.
