Anyway, while checking out the classified section I saw a few posts that said "off roster". Can someone please tell me what the means?

    Thanks.....the newbie
    Welcome aboard.

    Example:
At your local gun store - Sig P226 or P229 ( without LCI & Mag Disco ) off roster = you can't buy it.

PPT - Sig P226 or P229 ( without LCI & Mag Disco ) off roster = you can
    buy it.

Off roster means you better hurry and pay 50% more than it was brand new or it is going to be put back in the safe tomorrow.

Enjoy! Stay safe. Follow the safety rules. When you feel uncomfortable with the people surrounding your bench, leave and find a better spot.
          Have a blast!

Off roster means the maker has not paid Ca. the extortion money for that model.

Your not late, dude, you are right on time! Welcome to the forums!

I'm sorry but this made me laugh and then almost cry at the same time.

Off roster means it's time to start re-aquainting with those immediate vertical relatives out of state!
