I'm quoting myself because I want you to read it again and realize what I was saying...
do not buy that gun just for an investment. fun while shooting yes investment no.
what I was trying to tell you is that when carefully chosen and if you pay market value or lower prices...keep the guns in good condition...and can take your time selling it...even if that means a long time and multiple sale attempts...
then you should be able to get CLOSE to your money back.
but it sounds like you want this gun so get it and don't worry about the investment return.

You like it and want it and can afford it...then buy it. Counting on getting your money back on it....bad reasoning. Unless you are talking about waiting until inflation bumps the price but then you would be getting paid with dollars that are worth less then the ones you used to buy it.
Personally unless it was to have a matching pair with one in .44 Mag I would have no interest in it.Comment
