You would think if it got rejected, it would go back to the "distribution center" and you would be able to pick it up from there. Rather than going all the way back to the vendor.

Basically their system looped. It said "leaving sorting center for delivery". It stayed on that message for 3 days but kept shifting the delivery date back and then went to send back on day 4. I think when the driver went to drop it off each time it was rejecting but no one scanned it like they might after a house delivery.

There was something else funky about because normally i would have gone and checked in person.

I complained as soon as I saw that it was going back and they tried to stop it but by that time is was loaded for a trip to the airport the next morning.

So I stopped by the FedEx place near my house. Lady at the counter was really helpful and said that they will accept packages for me there but I have to call the 1-800 number to have it send to them for pick-up. I asked about ammo and her eyes got big. Said only dealer-to-dealer. Not dealer-to-private party. Going to stop by UPS and ask about this $5/box deal.
