Is it Safe Queen or .....

you have too many that you don't have time to shoot them all? I thought some of mine are but after thinking more about it, I just don't have time to shoot them all due to time constraint.
But for some of you, I don't doubt and don't blame you for not wanting them to get dirty!

Safe queen is something you refuse to shoot or never have intentions of shooting to keep it "new" or "pretty".

Guns that don't get shot due to time are not safe queens unless again you have intentions to never or not shoot it to keep it "new" or "pretty".

All mine are shot at least once. Usually the 10th day or shortly after a range trip is planned for the new gun. Cause well that's what I bought them for.

I agree with that statement but some become safe queen due to:
1- They feel in love with the gun and so they can't force themselves to put any further wear and tear on it, thus a safe queen.
2-After changing grips, cerakote, and other outer appearance upgrades, they become so purty and no longer seen as handgun but safe queen.
        3-etc.

Admittedly, if I have extra cash, would buy two sets of every model (that I have) and keep one in the safe and shoot the other as it's intended to be.

The only gun I try and hold off shooting is a family gun. Colt 1917 Revolver. My dad and I took it out 2 weeks ago. He has always wanted to shoot it.

              Everything else is fair game.

Why is there no poll response option for "No, I shoot all of my guns"?

I thought Calguns are bacon lovers so "I shoot them as often as eating bacon" is that poll, no?

I think a lot of people here just fantasize about the bacon-eating lifestyle. I like bacon as much as the next guy, but I don't eat it very often. I do, however, shoot all my guns fairly regularly.

Unless I had something that was beyond rare and super collectible I couldn't hold off shooting anything I own.

No safe queens. I take them out at least 4 times a year with my bacon!

Why would you buy a gun and not shoot it?
