That's for sure. The area where the Marine and his wife were killed by the 4 Marines last month is a safe area also; it's my area. It's about 3 blocks from home and next door to the house I was trying to buy 2yrs. ago.

The neighborhood has had no problems prior to that shooting and the shooting was victim specific, as was the one in Santa Clara.

Anyone hear about the Santa Clara shooting?

Jing Hua Wu, 47, of Mountain Viewgot fired/laid off thursday or friday,
went back to work and shot the CEO and 2 other workers and left in what they think is a rental Mercury Mariner SUV, California license plate 6CJU602.
They are still looking for him.
