If it bugs you, post in the deals/ sales / coupon section.

So you recognize the stale, necro-ads and pass them by.

I've seen price drops of less than 5% now that's dumb.

          Just added OBO!

I'm too impatient to bump for months. I'll price drop, add trades and ammo just to get the he deal done.

I've never had anything up for sale longer than a week. Maybe my prices are too low?? hmmm

I don't mind the long list of bump posts. It takes two seconds to scan through them for the last post to see if the item is still available.

I agree about the titles, though. Item, price, location. Then if it sells, add 'sold' in the title. Easy enough.

Not really. I've sold brass that way. Can't sell it for the price I'm originally asking, so I drop the price $5 a day until it sells. It usually doesn't last a week after that.

Bump then delete the old bump post, some have figured this out. This way you have the OP and one bump post. I've bought and sold much more than my I trader reflects because lots of new guys don't leave feedback. I've never waited longer than a week to sell anything and I've never bought an item that has more than a few posts. Personally, I think the market place runs well and is policed well but if I could change 1 thing it would be to not count market place posts in the post count like OT.

The my truck broke excuse is common with CGN window shopping flake broke dicks. Also I see violations of 24hr rule with the delete your post then bump thing.

Just saying. Sometimes members here think someone is off on the price. But they are wrong.
                        Yep!

I guess if I was hard-up for dough, I'd have to lower my asking right away. But I've been able to sell just about everything at asking (or above asking on GB) by just being patient.

I'd like to keep guns in CA, but I'm not taking a bath on a sale to do it. Lately, I've found this especially true with C&R stuff. Guys want it for peanuts here on CG, but people pay good money for the same stuff on GB.
You will never, in your life, have a chance like this again.
If I were you, I would not pass this up. I would not let this go by...this is rare.

You do realize members like my self only visit the classifieds when actually in the market.

Not all of us search the for sale forum 24/7.

I would t have half the guns I do now if it wasn't for people happening to bump it the day I chose to look. If they did it once a month it would probably fall in with the dead already sold threads and be missed, by buyers like me.

Yep, same here. I've just learned to suck it up and only price my crap for what it's *actually* worth - not what I wish I could get.

I like motivated sellers that only want to come down $13.. or they are wanting to make a deal but firm on the price haha.

Meanwhile i continue to bump my stevens 320 stock...

"I'll take it" & "PM sent" are worse. Many of those two are not followed up on. Bump it all year, I don't mind.

                                Plenty of interest, bump!
Yes I took the pic, no I didn't go swimming!
