9mm full size with 2nd strike [SOLVED]

Lately I've been having click no bang with my Glock 19 with the ZEVII upper. I found that reloading the dud will often time get a bang. That's why I started to consider getting another 9mm with the 2nd strike. It saves money!

DO you have a lighter striker spring as part of some "trigger enhancement" kit?
If so, that could be it. They usually warn that those can cause light strikes and to not use then for defensive use.

HK P2000 with LEM (either light LEM or standard) trigger also offers 2nd strike capability. Same for the HK USP.

You could always steal the spring from your stock upper and see what happens. It will affect the trigger some but I don't know how much.

Otherwise get a Sig P226. They're already pretty awesome.

I highly recommend placing a stock spring back in it. That, or try cleaning out the striker channel, it could be gummed up and slowing down the striker. I'm always amazed by the number of people who never clean out that channel on a striker fired gun.

Not saying you shouldn't buy another gun too, but no point replacing one that can be fixed for a couple dollars.

That particular problem is usually caused by a primer not being fully seated. You using reloads?

There's no way i'm going to getting rid of my Glock. I love it too much. My brother in law mentioned that the glock he gave me was customized for competition ammo. He will change out to a heavier spring to be able to accept less quality ammo.

With that said, I also tried out the HK P2000. It's a pretty sweet gun too. The way it feels and fits in the palm is I think better than the Glock though. I'm not complaining about the glock though. What's the going price for a used HK P2000?

Let's not forget the glorious cat 9! It's a striker gun with 2nd strike capabilities. It shoots pretty good for a gun without any sighting system whatsoever.
