Yes, loaded. That is why I listed it as OC, not UOC, which is all we can get here on the PRK. You know, kind of like self-defense lite...

There are many gun ranges and people offering CCW classes. It takes a minimum of 1 - 8hr class, class fee's are 40-60.00 dollars. You can get a CCW in AZ if you live out of state. With the CCW you are not limited to one weapon or caliber..If you wanted you could carry 5 pistols, auto knives, battons..as long as its legal to own..you can CCW. The permit is good for 5 yrs and can be renewed by mail the cost is 60.00 payed to DPS ( dept of public safety )

        Have fun

IIRC from my CCW class there you are allowed to have a loaded handgun in your car if it is in plain view or in the vehicle map pocket

Correct..any non-felon can have a loaded pistol in their vehicle. The only stipulation is that it must be in a holster if stored in the glove box or center console

False is the idea of utility that sacrifices a thousand real advantages for one imaginary or trifling inconvenience; that would take fire from men because it burns, and water because one may drown in it; that has no remedy for evils except destruction. The laws that forbid the carrying of arms are laws of such a nature. They disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes.
