Not that we could buy those 20 or 30 rnd mags and have them shipped here, anyway...

Have you tried 44mag.com? Everything is still available and no price gouging, yet.

Holy crap! I also checked all of the usual places on the web and everything seems to be in stock and no prices have increased. Jeezz, it's only been two days.

Actually he has been price gauging. D&H mags used to be $9.99 now he charges $12.99. Not really a whole lot and not considered price gouging, but that could have paid for the rebuild kit fee

This is why is it so important to have cases of mags lying around. Sso that when you are looking for some extra batteries out in the garage... you stumble across a box of ak mags and say... I was wondering where those were

I was tellin another guy in here that back when I was a kid, we'd buy em at the swap meet just off base by Ft. Lewis. Always some young guys with clean cuts and folding chair. They were like $20 for a small case of em, like $2 each. Many of these cases were often traded for beer and chew... those were good times. Funny how the 18 yr old GI couldnt get beer. My brother and I used to make these crappy "fishing" kits out of em (all had these rubber dust covers). Threw away the springs and sold the kits down at the dock when we went fishing for like $5.

Ahhhhh the good old days. I still have a few of the old steel 20 rdrs and the new alums just dont "feel" the same.

Now if only I could stumble across some mags for my XD45
