Anybody who uses the f-word as much as you do ends up sounding like an idiot regardless of the situation.

    Oh, and...Cool Story Bro.

Sorry to hear about the troubles you had. For reasons I won't get into, I also feel that their customer service has gone down significantly as they've expanded.

I would post this in their industry forum - http://www.ar15.com/forums/f_2/179_Rainier_Arms.html

I'm wondering why he's posting about suppressors and Class 3 items in a CA forum.

eh. little sympathy here. You've spent thousands there and were a happy camper so far. Some laziness and bad paperwork on their end. You stoill got your suppressor.
This is Calguns. We get 3 page discussions on how to rivet our perfectly good magazines into 10 round California versions.
You waiting extra time for a suppressor is hardly upsetting to me

lol, yeah this is pretty much one of the last places anyone is going to get sympathy for a little wait on a suppressor.

I've been waiting 9 months on a dealer to dealer transfer for a full auto Ar15 lower from a very well known FFL. It should have only been 2-3 months tops but I'm not whining to everyone.

Well that's some BS on there part but look on the bright side. At least you got a can and can own it. Also no pics? WTF?

I call pure BS on anyone whose first post on a forum is all about trashing a vendor's reputation.

Why don't you go post this on a forum where you are known and people might give a crap?

Thread title should be "New member FAIL".

While it is hard to feel bad for the op having to go through extra work to get a suppressor when we are living in California, I do appreciate the heads up on Rainer Arms lack of customer service. This being one of ops first post, it doesn't carry a lot of weight. But it seems to fit in line with a few other complaints I have seen recently about them. Hopefully these are temporary problems that Rainer will fix soon. I have bought from them in the past with great results, but all the recent complaints would make me worry a little about ordering now.
