Awesome range, love shooting all the steel. Last time I was there it was $30 for the day and that was about 2 months ago

$75 per year, $15 per day, per person. 890 yards, can shoot steel at the berms, lots of high powered steel long range targets. There is a nice pistol range and plenty of set up .22 targets for the youngin's.

RO's are old salts, friendly if you don't act like a @hole. Obey cease fires, clear your weapons and all is fine. Usually open 8am to 2 pm on Mondays and Fridays, sometimes on the weekend, but crowded then.

Nice range, always enjoy going there. The only issue is the hours, sometimes tough to find the time to coordinate with them.

Oh, and it's not in Valley Center, it's in Pala.
        Yeah.

        I'm pissed.

Good place to shoot long range steel under some shade. Love the pistol range!
The liberal see's the glass as half full and tries to take more.
The conservative see's glass as half empty and tries to keep it that way.
I'm with the people on the side just pouring water in the glass trying to get a drink!

Could be.....it's been over a year since I've been out there to shoot. Still a damn good price, since anywhere else will cost yuh like $15 an hour.

Not that I ever shoot all day, but it's nice to be able to take your time and not feel rushed.
