South Bay Rod & Gun Club. Their rifle range goes out to 300 yards. Best range for pistol/rifle for the money in San Diego County. $65 for a one year membership.http://www.sbrgc.org/

+1 on SBR&G if your membership is coming due, renew now as there is a motion to be voted on at the next general meeting to bump the annual dues to $75 a year.

Also as Russ said, the fence contractor graded the roads and low profile vehicles shouldn't have any problems getting up to the pistol range.
