What you can do, is to get a 7/16th wooden dowel and wrap some 00 or 000 steel wool around it. Then either polish it by hand, or preferably, chuck it into a drill and use it to polish the chamber.

Good advice here. If you're not sure on doing it I'm sure many here will help. I like guns like this and the challenge of making them work great.

Some just can't stand the reliability of an Remington 870.

lol the irony..........your gun is the one having issues right? my 590 range beater gets taken out to the range every time i go shooting. over 1000 shells of quality to junk ammo and it has never had one issue. if it did have an issue that i could not fix i know exactly where to call and where to send it to be fixed by professionals. can you say the same about your clone? there is a reason why the 500 and 870 are so popular. the only reason your 870 clone exists is because of the solid reputation for reliability the 870 built.

cant help with the extractor issue, that's not "out of spec rims" the problem is with the extractor either it is out of alignment or there is not enough tension to grip the shells. if your clone can take 870 parts try replacing it with one made by Remington. sticky shells can be fixed by polishing the chamber. i

Don't mistake a real Remington 870 with the 870 Express. Mine are Police 870s and have never had a hiccup.

Polish that chamber and use brass base shells.

If yes send it back to them for repairs. If not, have a gunsmith check your extractor. If its bad, a Remington extractor should drop right in.
IIRC this is a total clone of the 870.
                      Good luck.
thanks, i dropped in a wingmaster bolt and it works 100%

LOL - You guys buying these cheap off-brand shotguns thinking you're getting such a great deal. Just remember what a great deal you got and how much money you saved when you go to use your POS in a life or death situation and all it does is go "click" or FTF, FTE, etc. I'm sure your opponent(s) will be glad you were such a penny-pincher

                          you mean like this?

                          or this?

that's a 590, a gun so near and dear to your hearts. same exact problem i encountered with a cheaper 500.

trying to convince some of you that these RECENT 100% american made sweethearts MAY not be any better than some cheap knockoff is like trying to convince soccer moms that a gun free zone isnt safe. it doesn't make sense because darn it, guns are dangerous. darn it, made in america>made in china. darn it, $$>$

and some of you just don't read. i said SOME RECENT ones (that means NOT ALL) are having issues. and yet i lucky me gets to keep reading about your super duper machines digesting thousands and thousands of rounds with no issues. I DONT CARE

for the 1 out of 10 that actually tries to help, thank you.

Oh sure, our Mossbergs and 870s are junk...junk that works unlike some imported knock-off...stuff.
