In Texas I bought and sold over a dozen guns on Armslist. Way easier to meet people there for PPTs as you can meet anywhere, no background check/FFL required. I met guys at the pizza hut right next to my house, in a starbucks parking lot, in gas stations, across the street from a highschool (the guy was in town for a HS football game, he was from about 400 miles away lol) in front of a police station, inside my own house (I knew the guy from church, wouldn't do this for strangers obviously) and at HEB. Never had an issue. But just in case, I had a CCW on me at each one and had the wife with a yugo M92 in the car ready to go if **** got hairy.

I always indicated I would not sell to anyone but CCW holders. Maybe if I hadn't I might have gotten more flakes/tweakers/thugs.
