What to buy before 2016 elections

With a little over a year and a half before the 2016 Presidential election, I'm trying to plan out my budget now. For me, and many others here, the worst case scenario will have gun-grabbing Hillary moving back into the White House. I'm already anticipating another run on ammo starting about a year from now.
My to-buy list includes another AK or 2, a couple semi auto handguns, LPK's/uppers/etc. for a couple lowers I have, and lots of ammo.

    So my questions are:
1.) What would she go after first?
2.) What do you plan on buying in the next 1-2 years that you may potentially not be able to buy in 3 years?
3.) How will you prioritize buying ammo for the guns you already own vs. new gun purchases?

Clearly this a hypothetical worst case scenario, but something to consider nonetheless.

I'm sure she'll suggest this type of gun or that type of gun should be banned. Heck there might be a few more ammo types that she'll attack as well.

I'm all done buying guns for now, there isn't much of anything that I really think I need to buy.

What I am buying is spare parts. A broken gun is a useless gun. Springs, pins, and other parts that tend to wear out are a must have item.

I think you should be more worried about the current Obama Administration throwing out some executive orders before Obama finally leaves office at the end of 2015, and start buying what you can now.

We've already seen the Obama Administration "push" the BATFE with their new rulings on the M855 ban, Sig brace, and 80% home builds. Don't be suprised to see something come out of left field and out of no where that infringes on our 2nd Amendment rights.

      Just sayin...

the Left has decided that "universal" background check legislation has the best PR value for the under-educated masses. therefore, the best chance for success. here in Ca., that's a non-issue.

my prediction for the follow on to UBC is magazine capacity. again, a non-issue in Ca.

if that prediction is wrong, it will be because ammunition restriction takes it's place. probably in the form of taxes or license requirements.

so- ammo. as they say, buy it cheap and stack it deep.

        starting today.

You can never go wrong with ammo. After I get an AK here soon I will feel good about my gun cache so I'll be looking into a reloader and reloading supplies.

The chances of getting any anti-gun legislation through the current congress is zero. Even with a democrat controlled senate that white house wasn't able to push through any gun control legislation. So that leaves stuff through BS executive actions and BATF rule jockeying. So its going to be BS stuff like the current proposal to ban XM855 using current laws or more import restrictions. Anything to drive up prices and try to reduce the number of gun owners.

When the SHTF lead will be worth more than gold. Don't think so, wait until you have no ammo. I plan to be reloading full speed in the next 1.5 years. Local? I have plenty for sale, check the ammo section.

I'm waiting for everyone's CC to max out on HI $$ ammo, then I'll buy when most others can't, an price comes down to a more reasonable $, prolly 2016

I used to say kits and flats, but ammo would be the future now. Particularly military surplus by the pallet. You will have a higher return on your money than the stock market or bank.

I expect a bad time for gun owners.

You really can have to many or to much of:

                            Lowers
                            Lower parts kits
                            Ammo
                            Reloading components
                            Magazines.
Did I mention ammo. Yes even ammo for guns you don't own.

Lately I've been buying BCGs, stripped uppers (on sale from Aero Precision) and Barrels that interest me. You never know when the urge to build something nice hits.

Might as well get those tools you've been needing.

                            Be well

                            Bob.
