All you have to do is look around to see that the majority of the population are grossly obese pieces of crap. Health and nutrition is no longer taught to young kids, parents are too lazy to cook them nutritious meals and feed them strictly out of a package or through a drive-thru. You don't have to work out a day in your life to look healthy, it's all about what you put in your mouth.

Do middle schools still do the 'presidential physical fitness test'?...

We didn't have nearly as fat kids in school as I see these days... the 'one fat kid' was a rarity back then.

Obesity and stupidity certainly don't help. The left is also making obesity a good thing now. We used to make fun of fat kids. Sports Illustrated used to have fit models. Victoria's Secret used to have thin angels. Department stores used to have skinny women for underwear ads. Now they feature fat whales, trying to normalize unhealthy lifestyle. I guess that is stupidity personified.

When I was young, I wasn?t training for a marathon, I ate poorly. drank beer and hardly exercised. I could not keep the weight on. Something has changed.

I did. And here?s another thing I?ll add to my list of American co-morbidities; the absolute refusal to acknowledge reality. 1000 people weekly are still dying from Covid. Yes, 1 million + people died during the pandemic because they didn?t believe it was real and took ZERO precautions, instead believing that it was a scam. And now, people still doubling down on their delusions and believing it was the vaccine that killed all those people and continues to kill people in large numbers. The American population and their mass delusions will not fare well in the next pandemic. The delusions, mostly arising from political thought, are now too baked in
