"Why are so many Americans dying early"?

The mystery continues...while the article fails to touch on the two largest reasons (climate change and white supremacy), it does flirt with some weird reasons...

Life insurers have been consistently sounding the alarm over these unexpected or, ?excess,? deaths, which claimed 158,000 more Americans in the first nine months of 2023 than in the same period in 2019.
To some extent, we know what is killing the young, with an actuarial analysis of government data showing mortality increases in liver, kidney and cardiovascular diseases, and diabetes.
Now...where I am surprised the Hill allowed this opinion to be printed:
Vaccines were given to more than 270 million people, among them babies, pregnant women and workers under employer mandates. The therapeutic?s ?warp speed,? emergency use authorization must be part of any post-pandemic analysis, in light of more than 1 million reports of possible harm to the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System and a new Yale University study validating a chronic post-vaccination syndrome.

Finally, government officials who sanctioned unprecedented censorship of dissent ? enforcing pandemic measures through media pressure ? must be called to account.
Huh? Vaccines? No way. Definitely climate change.

Have you seen how many overweight Americans are walking around? Obesity is a huge risk factor for a host of other diseases. Also, I don?t know about you but EVERY person in my social circle has some kind of substance abuse problem. Alcohol mostly but also drugs. There is an epidemic of addiction in the US. So, you have 75% of the population is overweight, 40%!!! is obese. Alcohol, drugs, garbage diet, lots of stress because this is a highly competitive society and it?s also very dynamic and unstable. Toss in a sedentary lifestyle involving lots of sitting which is the norm and guess what? Oh, and let?s not forget depression which is symptom of the above factors. So, let?s overmedicate. The US is a mess, let?s face it

Would they simply turn around and claim there would have been much more than 158,000 deaths without the vax?

The fentyl death toll in one year alone is 100,000+. That explains a lot

I did. And here?s another thing I?ll add to my list of American co-morbidities; the absolute refusal to acknowledge reality. 1000 people weekly are still dying from Covid. Yes, 1 million + people died during the pandemic because they didn?t believe it was real and took ZERO precautions, instead believing that it was a scam. And now, people still doubling down on their delusions and believing it was the vaccine that killed all those people and continues to kill people in large numbers. The American population and their mass delusions will not fare well in the next pandemic. The delusions, mostly arising from political thought, are now too baked in

I know a ton of people. Through this whole show, I heard personal stories of (2) people dying of Covid (don?t know the whole story or the case, merely anecdotal) and know one person that died of it (severe comorbidities).

Meanwhile, I know dozens (if not hundreds) that have had it. Some multiple times. Heck. My 100 year old grandfather had it and passed it like any other cold. But in fairness, he isn?t a female genitalia.

The irony of your final statement is not lost on me.

Make sure to wear your mask when driving by yourself. It?s a scary world out there.

FYI- most of the world has moved on. Might want to get out and get some sun.

Ok, but let?s be intellectually honest here. This virus (fortunately) has a low mortality rate (about 1%). Still, 1% of hundreds of millions of people adds up to a lot of dead people. There should have been about 4 million dead and the vaccines saved about 3 million lives. This is a fact. My problem with your original post is that you make it out like there is a ?mysterious? amount of unexplained deaths going on. By inference, it?s the vaccine that is the cause.

No, it?s not the vaccine that killed a million people and it?s not the vaccine that is killing 1000+ people a week currently. Covid is still here and it?s still taking a toll. Have there been some cases of vaccine injury? Yes, but on a very small scale compared to the hundreds of billions of shots given all over the world.

My point is this; there is so much anti-vaccine nonsense out there that the next pandemic, you can bet that lots of people will be refusing vaccines, refuse to mask, refuse to believe there is a pandemic at all. The past is prologue and all signs point to Americans having learned nothing in this trial run. Briandead terms like scamdemic just shows just how uninformed and yes, delusional lots of Americans continue to be

"Actuarial reports used by insurers to inform decisions show deaths occurring disproportionately among young working-age people."

Insurance companies are financially driven (not politically driven) to use good data (facts not emotions or narratives) to keep solvent and profitable.
A deadly consequence of the mandated clot shots has been exposed by this non-political industry.

It was actually much less than 1%. More like .3%.

The last line of the article:

"To ensure future generations are protected and to be ready for the possibility of another pandemic, Congress needs to assess what worked and what did not."

Yeah, that will happen. Not until the great great grand kids of the guilty die will the truth be known. And by then, all the evidence will be scrubbed. Nothing to see here, move along.
