Southwest pilot gave VAS Aviation a head's up on a UA pilot who went medical on approach to SFO and ATC waved off the Southwest, this on April 4. Captain became incapacitated on approach and female co-pilot who had been pilot monitoring took over flying and radios and coordinated with AARF for assistance.

I've noticed, following the medical emergencies in the cockpit for some time now, that they're overwhelmingly men. The only female I recall going down was that controller in Vegas and that happened on open frequency; sounded like she stroked out.
