Gavin Newsom over a state COVID-19 misinformation law that would punish doctors who disseminate coronavirus information deemed out of line with the "scientific consensus."

He had signaled he would grant the doctors' request at a Monday hearing, in which he told California's lawyers that their definition of "misinformation" was "nonsense."

The ruling was not a final judgment on the constitutionality of the law but rather a temporary halt against enforcement while litigation continues. California can appeal to have the injunction lifted.

I've been paying medical out of pocket rather than comply since obigears care went in.

Here in Aug. I will go Medicare + a supplement plan and would really like that list of names to choose a doctor from if anyone runs across it.
