Another way to mull this is if was so slam dunk and profitable there would be a line of lawyers a mile long already do it.This!
Plus... Hate to break it to the OP but most attorneys talk a good game when you are trying to hire them and they are happy to cash your checks but unless you have someone with a track record of winning these cases you are gambling with your time and money. They are not all created equal.
P.S. Your text to talk, or whatever you are using, is still garbage. Your posts read like those spam phising emails I get trying to trick me in clicking on some scam link. I've commented on it before but haven't seen you respond. I think you are a bot.Comment

But at least she was honest with you and told you that you would never get your money back. She could have wasted your time and money on fruitless efforts if she was dishonest.I had an issue a few years ago where I need to hire a lawyer. I made an appointment and met briefly with a female lawyer and her female partner. They told me that, regardless of the law, i would never recover the money that had been embezzled from me, but I could spend a lot of money to make the other person's life miserable, and they then described all the dirty tricks they could bring to bear to make that happen. That didn't sound very appealing, but I called back a few days later to ask how I could pay her for some initial investigative work. Before I could ask my question she lectured me about how I she had already given me a free consultation and if I wanted to ask a question I need to pay her NOW! I hung up on her and decided it was more palatable to eat a large financial loss than to listen to that bitch talk for one more second.
The experience firmly cemented my impression that most lawyers are scum who only care about creating and maximizing misery in every aspect of their existence.Where the people fear the government you have tyranny. Where the government fears the people you have liberty.
