Kiel, et al. v. The Regents of the University of California, et al.: Major Takeaways from a California Court Decision Upholding a Flu Vaccination Mandate and Implications for the COVID-19 Vaccine
abridged their equal protection and First Amendment free exercise of religion rights.[4]
In denying the motion for preliminary injunction, the the student plaintiffs did not articulate religious objections to the flu vaccination requirement and remained eligible to apply for religious accommodations.Comment

You’re welcome. But I never called you a liar.
I’ve provided you with information specifically pertinent to your issue. I don’t care if you pay attention to it. The UC case cited clearly indicated the decision didn’t reach the issue of religious preference. Your lawyer said you should take that tack (or just wait it out to see if the mandate drops.) But, if you truly believed this is a religious issue, you would have led with it.
Do whatever you want to do. You paid your lawyer and appear to want to pay them more. You’ve paid me nothing but insults.
But don’t insult me by questioning my motives.
Best of luck.Last edited by Dvrjon; 05-06-2022, 7:27 AM.Comment

judges are "just people" and know if they don't fully support Vax Law they will be marked men, and likely become victim of dirty tricks.
Judge will also "do the math" and see any rulings against Vax Law will be overruled and wont do anything except get them in trouble with The System and Shadow Govt, and worse.
Pretty much same for lawyers. They gotta weigh that one time retainer VS rest of their career.
Also you local doctor. My GP told me "you don't need the vax" then couple months later retired. He was old but I think someone snitched and he was told "retire, or else" by Med Board or whoever.
But I do agree 110% there is a strange and near total lack of lawsuits over Vax.
Its an "Invasion of the Body Snatchers" vibe. You'd think a few groups would spring up to pool money to do Test Case, even if its Pro Per and only getting legal advise from real lawyers on the down low.
Root cause is this is all being War Gamed out almost perfectly. Cops didn't see Vax Mandate coming and assumed their normally powerful Unions would protect them...so they had no problem enforcing illegal LOCKDOWN mandates on everyone. Judges are of course CURRENTLY exempt from Vax Mandate and know they will be targeted if they step out of line, and are allowing all sorts of bad case law to happen.
Its as much a Political Purge as anything.Last edited by Big Chudungus; 05-07-2022, 10:00 PM.Comment

My company avoided possible lawsuits like this:
- They're not _forcing_ the vax on anyone. You just can't work in the office without it.
- They're not directly violating HIPAA. They ask "Are you vaccinated?" with only two possible answers: "Yes" and "Choose not to answer." Then they say if you did not answer yes, they assume you're not vaxxed.
- Data was collected via a 3rd party company. The parent Megacorp is not directly asking anything - everyone just gets a survey.
Very crafty. Impossible to fight. I'm still getting paid.... so "Don't bite the hand that feeds"Comment

Alex Jones was right (tm).
Its being done 98% via Corps, and of course SCOTUS says "corps have same rights as people" so if YOU can tell someone they can't enter your home unless Vaxxed then I guess Corps can do it, too.
Also, Govt has limits on what it can do to people directly but (even though they are people too) almost no limits on what it can require corps to do if they want a Govt contract, and over 1/2 economy is directly Govt, and there is AFAIK no limits on what corps can require of other corps who want to do business.
Maybe banks are SORTA required to open you an account if you are 'clean', but I don't see any reason why a bank couldn't demand any corp that wants an account require everyone in that corp be Vaxxed.Comment

I wish you the best of luck - but you keep saying this, and in the real world it just isn't relevant. The only thing that actually matters is what you can convince a judge (or jury if that kind of trial) of. "Clear" is not even part of it. If you need an example of how that really works, "Shall not be infringed" is pretty clear too, yet here we are.Comment

Since the legal and legislative system, those humans, thought up the brilliant strategy to destroy the lives of citizens and profit from their suffering under color of law, why dump any more increasingly scarce resources into a system so adversarial to free and healthy human life?

Well, since you asked...
I had an issue a few years ago where I need to hire a lawyer. I made an appointment and met briefly with a female lawyer and her female partner. They told me that, regardless of the law, i would never recover the money that had been embezzled from me, but I could spend a lot of money to make the other person's life miserable, and they then described all the dirty tricks they could bring to bear to make that happen. That didn't sound very appealing, but I called back a few days later to ask how I could pay her for some initial investigative work. Before I could ask my question she lectured me about how I she had already given me a free consultation and if I wanted to ask a question I need to pay her NOW! I hung up on her and decided it was more palatable to eat a large financial loss than to listen to that bitch talk for one more second.
The experience firmly cemented my impression that most lawyers are scum who only care about creating and maximizing misery in every aspect of their existence.Comment
