I’m 70. Asthma at birth. Fairly controlled with medicine since my 20s. Have COPD because of severe asthma as as child without today’s miracle drugs for asthma.
Have hypertension since a child. Treated since then.

Never get flu, rarely colds. Never flu shots. Kids get colds occasionally. Wife never sick.

None of us flu shots or COVID vax.

Absolutely NO worries.
