Crazy how instantly freedoms have changed. Agree with the above statement as well.

They don't! They just bet on the fact you won't litigate it. They can't throw out religious exemptions so they have no choice there.

^It doesn't have to be specific to any religion and you don't have to explain it in great detail. Just a deeply held religious belief. Employers can't test it, they just have to accommodate you.
