Need some advice about refusing booster

Quick background: Wife got the vax last year. Was threatened with termination.

Now with the new mandate for booster and reading more information she doesn't want to get another jab.

Since she complied last year how would you advise she go about not getting the booster shot?

Either get a q tip shoved up your nose twice weekly, get jabbed or getting fired.

She was talking about getting her doctor to write her an exemption but I think that is going to be a hard sell. Plus having already gotten the shots and now changing her mind figures into the equation.

Any positive advice appreciated.

I would argue it's never too late find religion. I'm 100% serious about this. The law is somewhat constructive with regard to religious exemptions.

Apply for exemption. If refused, fall back on the test. This is also my plan.

The tests now are with soft swab not invasive like the old test. Only go in nose 3/4" not back to sinus cavity. In and out in couple minutes at private clinics. I wish they would accept home rapid test like binax. I bought some for family and employees. Just had omicron no more jabs for me. I just turned 71 .

This sucks and I know many people in this boat. You never make a bully or tyrant stop by complying. The only way to stop this is for everyone to stand up.

Just had the company lawyer tell us 30 mins ago that the exemption only applies to the vax, not the testing. So if they offer testing as an alternative to the vax you have that option and the exemption does not apply.

This is turning into a real problem for lot's of people.
We were going about running our lives, working, paying LOTS of $ in taxes and in a blink we are looking at no job, health care, figuring our how to move forward.
For something that is making some people very rich.
I appreciate the positive responses guys.

This is going to be an interesting year. I have no faith in SCOTUS fixing this, they will make things worse.

Nevertheless the tests will be a ploy to further apply pressure to employees. Give you false positives to send you home, run out of tests, can't work, etc. They aren't stopping til everyone is dead.

If you can find it I would love to see that as we have until the beginning of Feb to figure it out.

Apply for an exemption to buy time and hope for SHTF on mandates. Either the Scamdemic is going to end this spring or we are heading for a full Nazi response from our government. Personally, I expect and have planned for the latter (Newsom has requested $2.75 billion for Covid-19 response), but hope for a peaceful end to the Scamdemic.

The Omicorn wave will be done in a month. The media is starting to report the truth. Midterms are coming up, the democrats are is trouble over mandates, and lot of other things. As they realized that the positivity rate is 30% or higher, and nobody is dying, they must reconsider. The supreme court is poised to strike down Federal mandates. If they continue to treat people like livestock there will be massive civil unrest. They have come to the end of the road with the fabricated covid crisis. I see a possible light at the end of the tunnel.

Stall them. Do the pretend testing for a while. I think some of this is about done.

I still don’t get how anyone or anything can force someone to take any medical procedure you don’t want for any reason.
