Keep it simple. A lot of them get denied because the explaination becomes convoluted. Just give them the facts, and that's all. You'll have legal precedence later if you get denied, just like myself and many others.

Let's say my company is required to comply, also assume they don't want to fire me, there isn't an abundance of people to replace me / us, not even the Haitian migrants can do my job, my assumption is someone in HR reads my exemption letter, let's say it goes like this:

My deeply held religious beliefs are the reason why I choose not to take the vaccine.

HR person does what to approve/deny, are they looking for keywords, depends on their mood, serious question.

I anticipate filing exemptions for my 2 kids at their Christian School, hey I pay you money, lots of it and want my kids to continue, please approve.

Having a job interview tomorrow. I was contacted today and informed (not asked) :
