I recall that the age adjusted mortality rate in the U.S. increased by 0.11% last year (2020). That equates to 363k deaths due to either the disease, or the shutdowns of society that resulted. (I think a lot of the winter surge deaths were in January and thus not included). By comparison influenza alone got about 35k per year in the years beforehand. Pneumonia from all causes got about 130k per year before this.

Why? YOU stay out of bars and restaurants and let the rest of us live our lives.

Since you can still catch and transmit the disease with the vax, you are not safe anywhere.

Yeah there's only one person that should stay home and that's you. I'd get the shot in your situation as well.

For the rest of us the risk is very small. I've been eating out, shopping, going to bars, hiking, traveling as much as restrictions allow throughout the plandemic. And yes I've had the Covid, was like a mild flu.

It has consequences for the old and weak. Shame on you for burdening the young and strong members of the herd with your frailties.

I so far have ZERO deaths from Covid and at least two deaths from people being afraid to leave the house, dying from self-treating with aspirin/Aleve, getting an ulcer then refusing to go to the ER until it had already perforated.

I have several more likely going to die from putting off screening for cancers that they typically would have done. I also have several that possibly died form covid vaccine reactions and one with myocarditis suspicious for vaccine.

This is on top of dozens of people with moderate to severe reactions to the vaccines-unexplained bleeding and clots, neurological disorders like prolonged twitching, neuropathic pain, headaches lasting months (a couple of patients with months of pain and still no let up to date), etc.

I think that regardless of what the finally tally might be, the efforts to 'stop' it have caused far more damage, and that's even before one considers how many people are dying form suicides, loss of resources from losing jobs, etc.

Something sure killed a ton of extra people in Italy in 2020. Sharknados, food poisoning, a Hegelian dialectical process??? Just odd, some answers are just unknowable. But, it is weird that countries like AUS and NZ with heavy lockdowns didn't have excess deaths, shouldn't the lockdowns have devastated them?

Shouldn't you stay in your basement to avoid covid at all costs? Why the hell are you even attempt to go outside?

The vaccinations are currently ravaging their population:

That sounds like life! It's a cruel world.

This isn't about the shot though, it doesn't prevent someone from catching or spreading covid. Might as well inject water for all it does.

So 5-6% were covid, the rest had existing conditions. Colin Powell comes to mind.
