That's what I'm wondering too.

Maybe I could do an at-home test when I get back home.

From this it sounds like if you even go into the office "at least once a week" then you need to get tested. Then it says if you are away from the office for a while, you need to get tested within 7 days before returning.

COVID-19 testing for employees who are not fully
vaccinated. The ETS requires employers to ensure
that each employee who is not fully vaccinated is
tested for COVID-19 at least weekly (if in the
workplace at least once a week) or within 7 days
before returning to work (if away from the
workplace for a week or longer). The ETS does not
require employers to pay for any costs associated
with testing. However employer payment for
testing may be required by other laws, regulations,
or collective bargaining agreements or other
collectively negotiated agreements. In addition,
nothing prohibits employers from voluntarily
assuming the costs associated with testing.

It will be determined by the level of cooperation...

If enough go along with it - temporary will not only be longer, it will morph into more requirements.

In order for it to end - society has to refuse cooperation.

It really is that simple.

Either option wont be without struggle. Society screwed the pouch on this one already.

This is clearly illegal and the know it but they are trying to scare more people into compliance. It's going to get shot down in court

We really need to have an adult stop this silliness. Unfortunately, the courts just don't have spine. Having ived under the 9th Circuit, I gave no hope for sanity left.
