The pharmaceutical companies are still immune from lawsuits but I believe an employer that mandates it are on the hook. Anyone that is thinking about taking one of these shots to keep their job better go do a battery of tests and a thorough check up to establish a baseline in case something goes wrong.
It's fairly clear that the FDA's approval was not based on clinical trials/studies. They just rubber stamped it. It changes nothing for me.
