The numbers say the vaccine does not work at all to prevent infection. There are way more infections now, with people vaccinated, than last year when no one was vaccinated. This looks like OAS. Death rates are lower this year than last. If ADE we would expect them to be higher. However, we need to wait and see what happens.

Check your vaccination records from when you were a baby, and there's about a couple dozen vaccines I bet you didn't even know you received.

But no, I have no faith in THESE vaccines as of late, nor do I trust them.

There are more "cases" now than in July 2020 when there was no vaccine. So I think cases mean more than "little." As for deaths, they are only slightly lower than in July 2020, again when no one was vaccinated. We have to wait and see whether they surpass last year's numbers or not.

Last year Israel was shut down to control the pandemic.

This year, the country is fully open due to high vax rate. See, vaccine allowed the country to fully open yet keep the infected and death rate down as if it were still shut down. Isn't vax wonderful?
