At least at my job, tests have been mandatory since last September.
If you refused the weekly test, you were terminated. No word yet if they (OSHA) will mandate a vax or not in the coming months.

In principle, meow meow muh hipaa or whatever (none of this is a HIPAA issue, but people think it is).

In practicality, I'd be fine with weekly tests provided the employer paid for it. I'd eventually get used to having my nose raped, even as dehumanizing as it would feel it's better than the alternative.

But they won't keep that as an option for long, so get ready for mandatory vaccines at your job once the FDA clears it. Tests are an ongoing cost, jabs are once and done (or quarterly, if they subscribe to the mega-booster platinum membership upgrade)

My sister works the pharmacy at a local hospital, she said most of the nurses are saying if the vax becomes mandatory they are going to quit. One of the nurse's son of 25 got the vax the other day and that night was rushed to the ER for high tachycardia and were having trouble getting to slow down even with meds, have not heard how that turned out.

Good thing there are plenty of jobs to go around right now. You can quit and work somewhere else. All employers are having a hard time getting people to apply, so good luck running off a bunch of your employees. They will run to the open arms of your competators.

WE have the power. Xiden is paying people to stay home so there are plenty of jobs to go around. It may not be your "dream" job or the job you were trained for but if you give in and let the Commies win you're as good as done for anyway.

Stand up and fight! Where have all the REAL American's gone. I have a good job and am just shy of 30 years but if the mandate the vax I'm out.
I will stand for truth even if I stand alone.

What if other places want to hire only vaccinated people?

I hear ya. Who knows. I'm expecting anything at this point. And yeah you do get used to it. 40+ nose swabs in, it becomes routine.
All of the tests have been free and I've even been paid a couple times to come in on a weekend to get a 10 second swab when the 7 day in-between test schedule happened to land on an odd day due to a holiday or hiatus...etc.

I sure hope there are enough companies who are willing to do that.

I recently turned down an offer with a 30% raise. The condition is I have to go into the office everyday. I figure wearing a mask for even one day is not worth the 30% raise, never mind getting forced to take the vaccine.

I actually called this back in November of last year before there was even a vax available. Will it come to fruition? Time will tell but it's slowly starting to look that way in places...

An opportunity to build out a whole new system is presenting itself.

If there are any, even small, effects on your health because they required you to inject a substance into your body for employment I think they might be liable.

And I'm pretty sure a Jury could be convinced those big companies are liable IF they forced you into something that was experimental just to work with them.
I read something about another instance where the manufacturers couldn't be sued so folks sued the TRANSPORTATION COMPANIES and won.

If the manufacturers of these jabs can't be sued but the company you work for forces you to get vaccinated in order to retain employment, that should open up the door to them getting sued.
