The great mystery of an oddly low flu mortality for 2020 is solved.

for every 1 that sees through the bs - there are 10+ that fall for it.

Shady practices happening - but it's been obvious for a long time...

I don't know if its because i've worked in tech R&D for 40 years and had to blaze trails and think for myself, but i notice many many people are happier being told what to think and what to do. I pitty them.

I just survived another round of Covid. I'm not vaccinated and did fine.

Before we knew the virus wasn’t all that deadly I was a mask wearing glove wearing disinfectant spraying machine.

For a full year, everything that came into our house was disinfected or quarantined for a week. We set up a sealed 2 mill visqueen “wet room” in the garage for disinfecting fully masked and gloved. I lived in our travel trailer for 2 weeks every time I had a possible exposure.

My point is that I am not averse to the possibility that this could have been a pandemic. Obviously I was wrong but errored on the side of safety.

I'm dealing with it a bit at work... we are living in a programmed world.

It's easy to manipulate people - but it's shady as fck and I wish there was a way to stop it.

It won't be long before very few have a thought of their own.

and A+++ on subtlety. I almost missed that.

The large hospital I work at in LA had 200 Covid19 patients admitted in January 2021. Cases dropped after the second wave to about 3-5 patients admitted for a few months. There has been a fast increase this last month. We are at 18-22 Covid19 admitted the last few days.

Those millions not frightened last year and never took any safety precaution will not be frightened this time either.. Some states have chosen to remain normal.
