Guess what? I am never taking the vaccine. Never. Torture me to death, I will never take it.

I agree. The more that participate in this, the worse it will be for all of us.

You're right, probably not many undecided but many of those who have decided not to participate are still vulnerable to pressure, lies or the psychological tricks that are being employed on a wartime scale. This has to be confronted with the truth and those of us that are mentally weaker need to know they aren't alone. One side will not stay quiet and will continue the barrage and they want nothing more than to have everyone else just to stay quiet.

It's no longer about being 'undecided.' It's about having the 'choice' forced upon you. Just like the thread I started a few minutes ago regarding California's Vaccine Verification System.

As the National Constitution Center opined back in February...

...The application of Jacobson to the modern age of vaccinations is a source of scholarly debate, with some arguing that the case no longer applies in an era in which vaccines like HPV are not medically necessary to prevent the spread of disease. But others maintain importance today in providing ample power to protect the public health, especially with the threat of pandemics.
...the legalities/Constitutionality is open to question. However, until something more definitive and recent comes along, many in Government feel they have all the authority they need. If not, just like with the Houston nurses, those who are sympathetic to vaccination in the judiciary are likely to find a way around the issue to 'force' a choice. Now, that was in TEXAS. Imagine California where...

Measles, mumps, rubella, smallpox, polio, chicken pox. Dipheria tetanus. The list goes on and on. And NOW you try to tell us vaccines don't work?

That makes NO sense. The new MRNA vaccines are the most detailed and least dangerous vaccines in history. You ALL have had FAR more dangerous vaccines and ALL have done just fine. HUNDREDS of MILLIIONS of people around the world have now had the MRNA vaccines and they have proven remarkably safe and effective.

Ignoring the rest of it, such also conflates COVID-19 with some of the 'nastier' viruses such as "Measles, mumps, rubella, smallpox, polio, chicken pox. Dipheria tetanus."

I think that's still one of the outstanding questions to be resolved. Does the COVID virus rise to that level? Given that the vaccines are now acknowledged not to eradicate the virus and, at best, simply provide additional protection, but for an, as yet, unknown period, I'm not sure the allusion is an equitable or fair one. (There is also the emerging evidence regarding the numbers not being what we were led to believe; but, that's, ultimately, another discussion.)

For me, this is why, in the end, it should remain a personal choice rather than a Government (or it's unofficial affiliates) mandate. If the vaccines only provide additional protection, not immunity, then the 'benefit' does not outweigh the potential 'harm' to the community; said 'harm' involving more than just medical considerations. As an individual, however, it may (or may not) be significant. But, as we know, Government is not good at nuance and, thus, "individuals" is not something it deals well with.

Had the virus over a year ago, not a big deal for me, not getting the vaccine, I’m retired so I don’t need to worry about some dictatorial company. Wouldn’t even consider getting it as long as the drug companies have immunity.

I saw the bold part passed around on the internet many times now. It's remarkable how a single doctor's words can go viral like that, pun intended.

I question the severity of this so-called disease from reading between the lines. The biggest question I have is why have we not heard of the "doctors" trying every single known drug and technique to save critically ill patients? Remember that stewardess who contracted ebola from a man returning to US from Africa? That man died, but the stewardess lived. I remember Fauci was holding her as she came out of the hospital, parading her triumphantly as a miracle of medical science. They used every single anti-viral drug in the inventory to save her. They tried to save the man too, but he had it worse.

Why have we not heard of the medical field trying anti-viral drugs on this virus? All we have heard so far are two things: ventilator and vaccine. It's as if all drugs from the entire human history of medical science have gone into the ether overnight. No one even tried. Some might have, but the all-wise tech industry have declared those remedies and drugs as "fake news."

I have questioned the severity of this so-called pandemic after I saw the early death rate to be in the 0.2% range for people younger than 80. The lack of treatment only further reinforces my view.
