Secure digital cloud versions of VAX proof is impossible. Most people got a cheesie paper card. Often they were told to fill them out themselves. There is no digital record to draw from. I guess people could up load a copy of their current card to the cloud.

Anyone else see the obvious problem? Well, it's only a problem if you consider mandatory vax desirable. IF you value personal choice it sounds like a good thing to me.

I believe you are wrong on this. Yesterday while signing my mom up for the vaccination (her idea, not mine), there was a checkbox to approve adding her to the CA covid shot database. Also, on the San Bernardino county covid website, you can download a digital copy of your vaccination card. They are tracking by phone number and/or email address.
