    Why is it....

That calling this virus the "Wuhan" virus is racist, but we can call the variant "Indian strain" without any issues?

Do we see brown people as lower than yellow people?

But there's the "UK strain" running around.

    And the "Brazil strain."

Wuhan virus isn't racist, regardless of what some liberal social science majors think.

In an era when people criticize my Betsy Ross flag for being "Racist," I frankly no longer believe the word has any meaning.

Viruses are often named after the location of their discovery (e.g., Marburg virus), so I don't see any ulterior motive to applying Wuhan to it. Technically this lacks the content of SARS-CoV-2, which appears to be the standard in scholarly literature, but what's in a name?

The issue was with 'Wu-Flu' and 'The China virus' but Wuhan virus would also be incorrect. The truth is, its a corona virus. But the alternate names were being use as a political tool to place blame on China and not to accurately describe the virus.

Covid19 Wuhan variant would make sense though.

I prefer Wu-man-flu or Kung Flu. China is to blame and none of them are incorrect.

China might be to blame but thats not how we name viruses. This isn't a flu so your names are way off base but they are funny so ill give you credit for that.

Nope. Read the part where I said they might be to blame.
