Due to English not being my first language, I do not get what you try to say. Which number is 10 times more 70+ confirmed cases or 40K unconfirmed cases? First sentence is all lost for me. Can you please re-write so I understand what you try to say.
Per one site there are 70 confirmed cases of Covid reinfection. There are more than 700 confirmed cases of Covid following vaccination. You can ignore unconfirmed cases because that is just speculation.
