If a woman asks a question that invades the privacy of a personal medical procedure, ask her the date of her most recent pap smear? How many fingers did the doctor use and what is her preferred position of the stirrups?

If a dude asks a question that invades the privacy of a personal medical procedure, ask him how he prefers his sigmoidoscopy and barium enema procedures: no lube becaise he wants to feel the full experience ? Lube and a sedative? Or general to not even know what's happening?

They will likely answer "none of your business" or tell you to eff off, in either case, answer "touche"!

        LOL.
Anti-intellectualism has been a constant thread winding its way through our political and cultural life, nurtured by the false notion that democracy means that 'my ignorance is just as good as your knowledge.'

Posted a few hours ago by USA Today... Fact check: Businesses can legally ask if patrons have been vaccinated. HIPAA does not apply.

We rate the claim that HIPAA prohibits businesses and individuals from asking for others' vaccination status FALSE, because it is not supported by our research. Experts agree HIPAA only applies to health care entities sharing information. Health care entities can ask individuals for their vaccination status. Businesses can ask patrons and employees whether or not they have been vaccinated. And individuals can then choose whether they want to answer or forego that service.
