It actually does work. Sadly not against unjustified paranoia.

Every year, new flu vaccines are created to help protect against the flu viruses that research shows will be most common during the upcoming season.

The flu shot works if we get the correct strain coming out of Asia that season. It’s typically influenza A and B, Massachusetts strain and what ever else they want to change that particular flu season.

So if they choose incorrectly it actually won’t benefit from getting a flu vaccine. Civilians like yourself aren’t told that and for good reason. We are taught this in the military during our annual vaccine training put out by the US Army. All branches medical divisions must take this training.

I am sorry you feel flu vaccines always work but it’s simply not true.

I get my flu vaccine every year because it’s mandatory and I have zero issues with it and I have given thousands and thousands of them.

40% protection is better than 0% if we get the strain correct.

As I said before, in 1966 the first shirt said get in line and get your flu shots, I was 22 yrs old, got my first and LAST ever flu shot, AND the flu two days later. so, no flu or china bug vaccine !! Not ever. Yeah that was 50 plus years ago.
