So now 15+ million doses of the J&J vaccine have been contaminated, and people can't take it even if there wasn't a pause.

Some reports say it will take 4+ months to even get new J&J vaccines into the population and by then everyone can be vaccinated with the other vaccines.

With all the questions about J&Js safety, this is quite coincidental to not be able to produce the vaccine at this time. Almost seems planned.

I just had my yearly physical with my Doctor. I asked him about the COVID vaccine. I've had this doc for around 23 years, I trust him completely.

His advice: Get the shot. He felt that at my age (mid 60's) and a little heavy it would be good insurance. They seem to favor the Pfizer vaccine.

My doc felt that they've got a lot of data now on its safety, but of course no one can say what the long term outlook will be.

I think I may go get the shots in a couple weeks, but I'm still thinking about it.

I do not think anyone should be coerced, or threaten to get the vaccine.

sigpicC'mon man, shouldn't we ban Democracks from Cal-Guns? Or at least send them to re-education camps.

If you're over 55 with complications you probably should get the shot. If the new India strain does in fact affect younger populations, then it might mean everyone will need to

Can our local LARPER scientist please explain how it's totally fine that vaccinated women are getting irregular mammograms along with enlarged lymph nodes. And oh yea....harmless. nothing to see here

                  Thanks

Well, apparently our "LARPer journalists" don't even bother to read their own links... that story says, even in the headline, this is a harmless side effect.

Why do you think it isn't?

I read the title, and the article.

Why do you think it isn't?:
Having an impact to lymph nodes is no small thing AND having it show up on a mammogram 6 months later is also no small thing. Makes you wonder what else that vaccine is doing to people's bodies that are "harmless"

Do I have any evidence of long term complications? Nope, because it hasn't been around long enough.

I get that you don't think there will be any long term complications....because. And yes, "because" is your answer.

Obstructing the pursuit of knowledge in a time of pandemic is such an odd

thing to completely trash ones own personal reputation over.

Nowhere in the article is the above stated. You read it wrong.

Lymph nodes swell when there's an immune response -- like after vaccination. This is not surprising, and as the article itself explains, citing health care professionals, it is harmless.

If this vaccine were nearly so deadly as you believe, I have to imagine you could do better than this.

                                OP the answer is: Neither

I'll prescribe treatment for you right here:
                                - Get plenty of sun and fresh air
                                - Stay away from sick people
                                - Wash your hands
                                - Don't poke your face
                                - Make sure you get lots of vitamin D
                                - Maintain a healthy lifestyle: Good diet, avoid too much alcohol, don't smoke
                                - If you are obese, lose weight

Done! Your immune system will take care of the rest. (Speaking from personal experience, covid is no worse than a bad hangover)
