Yes there are always side-effects from vaccines, including some deaths. Allegedly all these deaths are with older people and within the normal percentage of vaccine deaths per million vaccines given.

As a society we live with the side-effects (including the deaths) of vaccines for polio, mumps, rubella and the like because they are preferable to the consequences of those diseases.

If it's the same Epoch Times article that I read a few days ago, it also says there have been approx. 11 allergic reactions per 1 million vaccinations compared to approx. 1 allergic reactions per 1 million vaccinations for the flu shot.

Already discussed. There is no way to tell just using VAERS as a stand-alone data set if a Covid-19 mRNA vaccine was a direct
cause of an adverse event. Adverse reactions need to be investigated to determine an actual root cause leading to death.
