Read the study.
It states studies that showed cloth masks were ineffective or increased transmission when comparing to surgical masks, not no mask.

The other study I cited showed a link between inoculum level and disease severity.

I did read them and they are very good.

In a healthcare setting, you are potentially exposed your entire shift. For normal people, you aren't and your masks aren't getting saturated. There's a massive difference between working in a patient-facing role, and strolling out to get lunch.
