Has it been two weeks since that one time?

I think various people said "we will see in two weeks" several times over the last few months, but dagnabit, I can't find any (don't want to bother looking).

Are bodies piled up in the streets? I think that was the general prediction, two weeks and our hospitals will be overflowing with dead bodies. Surely it has been two weeks since at least one of those predictions right?

Yes, it has. A well-known talk show host said the "2 weeks" would be "2 weeks at a time. He posited that we would never accept the months they planned, so they would shut everything down 2 weeks at a time. I hate it when they use ICU occupancy as a guide. They don't differentiate between someone in ICU for an accident, heart attack or corona! They force the implication that ALL the ICU beds are full of ONLY corona patients. IMHO this whole thing is a test to see just how far the gummint can go suppressing our rights before we fight back. So far, "we" are scared little lemmings!

I know if I only got 6% (the current positive test rate) positive (correct) on a test I would get the failingest of grades possible!

Yeah the whole thing is b.s. you know. Wearing little cloth masks everywhere? I mean really. If the virus was that bad I wouldn't go outside. All these people walking around with useless masks on, it's so sad to see. Do they even spend one second of their day thinking about the situation? How in the hell is putting on a cloth mask when you walk by someone outside doing anything productive or useful? If there was a killer virus that was spreading around a cloth mask would do nothing. Nothing. They put the mask on out of fear, it is a security blanket. It makes them feel like they are doing something because they bought the lie and feel terrified and powerless.

Wake up people... look at all the pictures of packed beaches and riots, dead bodies aren't piling up, this is no worse than the flu. People have been packing beaches for over a month now. I think the "two weeks" period has passed and we clearly see there are not overloaded hospitals and dead bodies in the streets. Give it up, it's over.

Good of you to recognize the successful national testing effort of the White House Corona Virus Policy.

Hello neighbor! A lot of San Diego people here, probably because of the military bases.

With turnaround times of 5-14 days, the only real benefit of so much testing is to find out roughly how bad it is. Can't do contact tracing at all.
