It's not true that ventilators do more harm than good. It's true for milder cases, but when the patients are real bad it's either vent or die right there. Survival after ventilator is about 15%. Not good but some survivors better than none.

Nah, TX, FL and especially AZ are fine, just fine. AZ test positively rate was 33% yesterday, those are NYC in march levels of bad, but with more testing, so they're actually worse.

Don't worry about that, the pseudo-president is calling for reduced funding for testing to slow down testing to "bring those numbers down".

There is a different test for anti-bodies. An acquaintance in another state over a month ago was sick for one day then got better without any hospitalization or special treatment. He was tested a couple weeks later and didn't have the virus but had the anti-bodies.

I would respectfully disagree with your interpretation of his post. The implication being that some simple steps taken by all can cost very little in money or time, and can help keep infection rates and transmission rates low so just the opposite of what you say "they" want, but so that the economy and operations can remain open or re-open and mitigate the economic costs.
I don't understand why there is such a propensity for folks proclaiming they want to "open things back up" for the economy also find it so difficult to wear a surgical mask when in public to help facilitate said re-opening by keeping our numbers as low as possible.
Us humans have been using facial coverings for basically 100 years now with proven efficacy for reducing the transmission of disease between us humans. This is not some kind of mystical thing at this point.

Can’t handle the reality of COVID? Why do you hate America? Why can’t you just do the right thing, suck it up and help to open the economy? Oh no you want to practice your “freedom” but you don’t want to be responsible about it.
