I just purchased a stoeger long fowler over under in 20 guage for a skeet gun and i was wondering what chokes you would recommend for it.

    What's wrong with SK1 and SK2?

It appears you may not be aware that there is a specific choke for skeet, labeled as such. Given that skeet is short range, a very open choke is used, skeet is between cyl and IC. As noted above, the best choke for skeet is skeet. If you cannot find a "skeet" choke, an IC will work fine.

      Shotgun Choke Restriction
Diameter difference between bore and shotgun choke
      Cylinder < 20 0
Skeet 22.5 .005 of an inch
      Improved Cylinder 25 .010
      Light Modified 30 .015
      Modified 32.5 .020
      Improved Modified 35 .025
      Light Full 37.5 .030
      Full 40 or More .035
Extra Full 40 or More .040

If they don't make a sk1 or sk2 then a improved cylinder choke will work just fine.

            I agree, SK1 and IC or SK1 + SK1 or even SK1 + Cyl...either combination will work just fine.
I personally use the SK1 + IC chokes myself.

I find that SK2(Skeet 2) is much tighter = Light Modified and is better suited as a sporting clays choke

Briley is the gold standard when it comes to shotgun chokes.

Briley is the BIGGEST and BEST shotgun choke tube manufacturer IN THE WORLD!

I second the recommendation for briley but Carlson is also a good brand.

                            Chevy/Ford/Chrysler. Throw in Mercedez/Porsche/BMW

You can spend $100 per choke. With a Stoeger, I don't think that is your goal. I recently bought a couple Muller U0's for skeet at $80 each.

For basic flush chokes, Briley and Carlson. Should be ~$25 each. Good? Yes. Best?
