How to fit a vented barrel on a new 870 express.

how was the magpul stock when shooting clays. I'm tempted in swapping out the Mesa tactical pistol grip adapter and pick up a longer barrel so I have a second shotgun to let others use when I shoot trap.

Works great. Just make sure you use the lowest cheek riser so you have a straight line of sight.

Got it. I wasn't aware that ported barrels are available. I thought it was a custom feature.

It is you gotta send it out or do it yourself. You can buy a jig or send it to a gun smith that can do it.

This might be the case for you, but, remember people are built differently, I needed to add a riser (1/4") to get the proper sight picture.
Gun fit is an individual situation, one size does not fit all...
