Woot! First 25!

Finally!! My first round of 25 on Coyote Valley Sporting Clay's trap field, after almost a year of shooting.

A while ago, I received help from a regular there who showed me that I my hold point was wrong, after that I was consistently shooting 22/23 and finally today, made the breakthrough to 25.

I was using:
- Benelli Supersport 12 gauge, 28" barrel.
- Estate 1 1/8oz #8 shot loaded at 1145fps. (I'm keeping the empty box as my lucky charm )

If there is nice Benelli and there is 'nicer' Benelli, the SuperSport would be one. How can Benelli make it so strong, yet so light!

Yeah, the Benelli isn't really a trap shooting shotgun but I like it. It is light, the forearm is very slim due to the inertial driven design and very easy to maintain.

And no, we didn't shoot my cap, the squad I was shooting with didn't have the tradition I guess. I might retire it anyway and buy a new one.

Congrats on your first 25 straight, it's very rewarding to find that first one. Yeah, they shoulda shot yer hat though, that is the tradition....shoot it yourself!
