SoCal Skeet clinic: 1-18-14 debrief

I was the only student who had attended the clinics before, but I was also the only one without either a lifetime of firearms experience or a vast amount of natural talent. Everybody shot incredibly well, and it seems a good time was had by all.

Coach Z was otherwise engaged, so Captain Dick stepped up and did a fantastic job of running the class.

We also had an unusual number of cross-eye dominant and left-handed students, which was kind of nice. Lefties finally got to be at the front of the line!

I took some photos, although I'm really bad with names, so I'll just leave out the captions.

I will point out, two of the guys claimed to be brothers... but I didn't see a resemblance. :

The shooter did it himself, because he (as I am) is over 6 feet tall, and thus has a hard time finding an off-the-shelf gun that fits him.
