Saw one at Angeles on Wednesday night. While certainly interesting, and tacti-cool, I don't think it has many practical applications compared to other products.

I don't know, but I've seen some nasty comments on CG directed at those who say shotty. It doesn't bother me, who cares, but some guys seem to get all wadded up over it.

Double triggers = double boom and in a cheap tacticool SxS or OU, like the Stoger, I'd be leery of the durability of that single trigger.

I don't see a need for rails or dot sights on a double barrel shot gun.

I was talking to a trainer about this particular model the other day. It certainly has a use.

I shoot with a lot of n00bs and as simple as a pump action shotgun is, it's still pretty complex for someone who doesn't train with one. Is a round chambered? Safety on or off? Short stroking is common.

Everyone on this forum is a gun nut, but there are millions more who would like to have a shotgun for home defense, but aren't interested in spending hours every month practicing with it. You guys are always saying a gun is a tool. Well, how many of us practice cutting wood with our Skilsaws, just to keep in the game?

We decided the simplicity of the design made it an ideal home defense weapon for non-gun people. And of course being able to mount a light is important.

Not so sure about the red dot.
