He was talking about an actual clays sport. Like trap, skeet, or sporting clays. Not "buddy tossing clays into the air on BLM land".
Not that I'm slamming shooting clays on BLM land(do whatever you want out there for all I care, as long as you're safe about it and clean up after yourself), but his usage of "sport" and "station" made what he meant pretty clear.Comment

It is removable. Just be thankful that law does not apply to rifles and handguns.*********************

1. PW 800+ Hydro Multispeed (just the hydraulic unit that also works with Spolar press)
2. PW 800B converted to 800C (12 gauge) with lots of accessories and upgrades
3. Hornady 366 (12 gauge)

Not really on topic, but if you go hunting with a gun that has the ability to "ghost load", does that count as a round?
For example a Benelli m1?Originally posted by SBCZILLA (ARFCOM)Its a ****in tube, one end capped, one end threaded. Dont over think it.Comment

It's secondary purpose is that it is a 3 gun shotgun. I just happen to use it for clays as well.
2 in the tube, 1 in the chamber is the limit.

lol and wow at this thread
all that's in my head is the hilarious look of people being frustrated and furious the new shotgun they just bought only holds two shellsComment

The method used to check is a plastic coated rod with a taped mark on the rod. The rod is inserted into your empty magazine tube. If the rod goes in past the mark you get a citation. Simple, but effective.
The requirement is "...the plug must be of one piece construction incapable of removal without disassembling the gun."
Yes, I have had my shotgun checked in the field._______________________________________

Hum, the rods in my shotguns are all little and plastic. It doesn't fill out the mag tube so I don't think the rod strategy will work for me unfortunately. Can't you just test if you can fit more than 2 shells and be good? The method used to check is a plastic coated rod with a taped mark on the rod. The rod is inserted into your empty magazine tube. I have purchased several shotguns and have never had a wooden dowel in mine lol. As a side note you will have a follower but that's a little plastic piece."Men sleep peacefully in their beds at night because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf."

I like to load up 1+4 at each trap position so that I know to move over when the gun is empty after the 5th shot.He was talking about an actual clays sport. Like trap, skeet, or sporting clays. Not "buddy tossing clays into the air on BLM land".
