Yea the action bars are loose, have not really seen/heard of a way to fix them but the sound of the action wracking should render the rattle of the bars 'inconsequential' if you need to use it...
The Nova has a one piece receiver/stock. The SuperNova has a detachable stock, whether pistol grip or straight stock.

As far as slop in the pump. You are using a combat shotgun, the slop allows for reliability not just a noise maker

I have the supernova tactical with the comfortech stock. First shotgun. I like it and will keep it until I upgrade to a M2 or M4 (or go completely broke and need to sell it for food money).

      Side Saddle: MESA Tactical
      Extension Tube: Nordic Components
      Flashlight Mount: Elzetta
Sling: Magpul MS3 (Actually I'm just using my AR15 Sling)
